Dr. Sandy limSenior Consultant
Dr. Sandy Lim is an Assistant Professor of Management and Organisation in the NUS Business School. She specialises in research that examines interpersonal dynamics at the workplace, leadership, as well gender and cultural issues in organisations. Her research work has been published in top business and psychology journals and presented at major international conferences such as the Academy of Management Meetings.
She has expertise in personnel selection, coaching and leadership development, as well as organisational assessments. Her research identifies employee and leader behaviors/norms that impact organisational outcomes such as performance, job satisfaction and employee commitment. She received numerous international awards, including a prestigious research fellowship from the American Association of University Women. Dr. Sandy has held previous research, teaching and executive appointments in the Singapore Management University and the Ministry of Defense.

Dr. Sandy graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor in Social Science and subsequently received her Master of Science Degree and Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology from the University of Michigan, U.S.A.
