Sanjay Mehta is a facilitator, coach and consultant with almost 20 years of career experience mostly in the IT industry, leading businesses and teams locally, regionally in Asia and also in USA.  Areas of expertise include Services Business Operations, Readiness Management, Training Development and Delivery, Program Management, Change Management, Customer and Call Centre Support, Consulting and Technical Sales. He has always had a strong passion for learning and made it a high priority in all his roles.  

Sanjay is involved with soft skills learning ranging from Communications and Problem Solving to Leadership and People Management. His areas of focus are Change Management, Innovation, Coaching and Leadership. This also includes areas like Project Management, Consulting Skills and Business Process Management.

He is certified in the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Workforce Development Authority (WDA) and conducts trainings for his learning partners and customers in the areas of Leadership and People Management (LPM), Business Management Framework (BMF) and Employee Skills Series (ESS).

Sanjay is also a fully qualified and accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) suite of instruments and conducts assessments and workshops in this area.

He is a certified coach with a Certificate of Coaching Skills from Results Coaching Systems which is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  He was also a Program Assistant for the Intensive Coach Training Certification for Results Coaching Systems in 2011.

Sanjay is also an Adjunct at the Singapore Management University and taught Business Process Engineering and Solutions Blueprinting at the School of Information Services in 2011.

His 20 years in the IT field saw him work for one of the world’s largest software companies, Microsoft. He was there from 2000 to 2009 and was involved in various technical, business and managerial roles. Complementing his roles, he has a wide profile of training experience in IT, Customer Services, Leadership and Management, etc – covering all levels of the organisation, including management consultation. He has strong people management expertise with solid skills in training, mentoring and coaching.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a Double Major in Computer Science and Economics and a Minor in Mathematics from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, USA. His primary focus was on Information Systems Management and International Economics.
