Koh Shin serves as the CEO of Kosh Consulting Group, a company that he co-founded in 2010. He is responsible for establishing the firm’s strategic vision, and in guiding all aspects of its business including major consulting initiatives, key product development, strategic talent acquisition and long-term client relationships.

Under his leadership, Kosh Consulting Group has grown steadily from a startup to an established consulting firm with a reputation of delivering impactful solutions that address client needs in a flexible and cost effective manner.  With its foothold in Singapore, Kosh Consulting Group now embarks on the next stage of it growth story, expanding to key Asian countries with the aim of leveraging its experience to help organisations in the region address critical business challenges.

Prior to starting Kosh Consulting Group, Koh Shin spent 12 years in the financial industry and held senior investment advisory roles in leading private banks where he advised high networth clients on advisory and discretionary investment mandates.  Before his stint in finance, Koh Shin spent 10 years in the Singapore Armed Forces as both an occupational psychologist as well as a combat officer.

Koh Shin graduated from the University of Sheffield (U.K.) with a B.Sc. (Honors) degree in Psychology under a Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Merit Scholarship, and holds the military rank of Major (NS).  In addition to Kosh Consulting Group, he also has interest in a number of other entrepreneurial pursuits.
