Leow Hsueh Huah is a Managing Director of the Kosh Consulting Group, and he is responsible for driving the delivery of services to clients, establishing the firm’s business growth, and in guiding its execution. He is also directly involved with major consulting projects, and in broadening and deepening key client relationships in the region.

Hsueh Huah has over 18 years of experience as an internal consultant serving the public and private sectors. He started his career as an internal consultant in the Singapore Armed Forces. He was involved in team building, organisational effectiveness, personnel selection, 360° feedback, psychological defense and warfare, as well as the psychological management of soldiers for operations.

Prior to co-founding the Kosh Consulting Group, Hsueh Huah spent many years working in various Singapore government-related corporations and multi-national firms. This included a stint in venture investments with Vertex Management, corporate development with NTUC & NTUC FairPrice and regional investments & operations with Cryptologic.

His consulting expertise includes organisational development and human capital specialisations such as designing and implementing employee management schemes, profit sharing schemes, balanced scorecard, organisational restructuring, as well as labour and compensation issues both locally as well as overseas. He was also involved in Board and CEO level selection and recruitment.

Hsueh Huah was awarded the Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Merit Scholarship and graduated from the University of London (U.K.) with Honors in Psychology. He started his career as a combat artillery officer cum military psychologist in the Singapore Armed Forces. His most recent military appointment was the Head of Field Psychology Branch, and he holds the rank of Major. Hsueh Huah obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Illinois, U.S.A.
